My server picked up a new ip address a couple of days ago and ever since, roadrunner's smtp server is rejecting all my outbound email. At first I thought I might have picked up a blacklisted IP but now I wonder if they didn't just change their policy altogether. I tried powering down the cable modem overnight hoping I'd lease out a different ip, but that didn't work. It seems that they removed the -r option from dhclient on the latest Debian stable, so I can't force a release. I spent some time trying to work around it but didn't get very far. For now I'm just letting my mail queue up in hopes it'll sort itself out.
In other news, I picked up a new Ipod classic today. I ran out of space on my old one and got sick of manually selecting which songs to exclude.
