corbin building

I like this building (Corbin building, 11 John st.). To the left of it, they're building the new Fulton street station as part of the new Fulton Street Transit Center. This is across the street from my office on the other side of Broadway. I was worried that they'd need to demolish it, but it looks like they intend on keeping it alongside the new station.
